1. The bond amount is equivalent to four (4) weeks' rent.

5. Internet/NBN: Tenants should verify service availability directly with their preferred provider.

This includes but is not limited to checking fridge space, laundry facilities, bedroom dimensions, windows, security features, and fencing. 7. Payment options: SimpleRent or MePay.
8. If an in-person inspection cannot be conducted, all tenants must agree to and sign a sight-unseen clause, which will form part of the lease agreement.
9. All eligible applications will be presented to the landlord for their consideration prior to lease approval.
